Mela and mom catch us up on how life is going with scoliosis and Mela’s titanium rods.

Mela and mom discuss life one year ago when she needed to have a third surgery due to rods popping off her spine in May 2021. Mela was never in pain during that time however it did limit her for certain activities. She attended school during May and June without skipping a beat while waiting for that July 6th appointment which turned into July 9th due to technical issues in the operating room. Her recovery was much faster then the first spine surgery. She was and is awesome!
